Job Description

The Territory Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and market expansion for the Atlanta Retailers Association LLC. This dynamic professional is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, enhancing member store profitability, and staying abreast of current market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for potential new members and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop targeted approaches and pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized proposals that address the unique needs and objectives of member stores.
  • Utilize persuasive and negotiation skills to secure new business partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Conduct regular prospect debriefs and submit weekly progress reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage data accuracy and ensure timely entry into the company's CRM system.
  • Forecast enrollment targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed these goals.
  • Visit existing member stores to provide recommendations on maximizing participation in marketing programs and ensure compliance with program requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the convenience retail sector.

Compensation Package:
  • Annual Base Salary: $50,000
  • Monthly Car Allowance: $600
  • Store Enrollment Incentive: $200
