Plumbing Industry Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team at RestoPros of Northeast Georgia and help us recruit plumbing companies, supply houses, and other organizations that specialize in water damage restoration services. In this role, you will foster current relationships with referral sources, find and create new relationships with referral sources, communicate with the production team about feedback from our referral sources, share the great work of our production team with our referral sources, and attend networking events and meetings with our referral sources.
Responsibilities- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers in the water damage restoration industry.
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory to promote our services.
- Meet or exceed designated development targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
- Create and implement effective development strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Keep track of all client progress through our client relationship management (CRM) program.
- Expand the territory over time and recruit additional talent to the team.
- 3-5 years of experience in water mitigation, water restoration, plumbing tool/supply sales, or a related field with a proven track record of success.
- An early riser who is ready to tackle the work week with a strong work ethic.
- A STRONG, POSITIVE, AND WINNING attitude and ability to be persistent in the face of challenges.
- A leader who can motivate and push a team to achieve their full potential.
- Existing relationships with insurance agencies, plumbing or construction trades will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of technology and computer literacy.
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
