Job Summary

Staff My Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Schedule appointments and conduct presentations to potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products and services
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements:

  • Insurance Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in a property and casualty and life and health license
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Property & Casualty License: Current and active license
  • Life & Health License: Current and active license
