Life Insurance Sales Consultant

Kendrick Jones - State Farm Agent is in search of a qualified professional to fill the role of Life Insurance Specialist. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about contributing to our growth through meaningful conversations and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to daily success.
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets is preferred.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Proficient in various computer applications, especially Windows.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Achieve mutually agreed marketing objectives.
- Familiarity with life insurance products.
- Understanding of health insurance products.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Possession of a Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Current Life and Health license is required.
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
