Client Relations Coordinator - Thecamptc

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome members and visitors with a friendly demeanor.

Manage all front desk operations, including: responding to phone inquiries and checking members into the system.

Facilitate new member enrollment: establish new memberships and promote retail offerings.

Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Support the achievement of assigned retail sales targets.

Reach out to former members to share updates on new promotions or ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Deliver EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service.

Accountable for membership and supplementary sales, with performance goals to meet during each shift.

Ability to assess the best products/services and present options confidently.

Maintain a positive and energetic attitude towards all community members.

Exemplary customer service skills; capable of engaging positively and professionally.

Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and resolve issues effectively.

High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

Regular standing and walking throughout the shift.

Frequent verbal communication in person or over the phone during the shift.

Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.

May encounter hazardous materials during the course of work.
