Position Summary

The Program Supervisor will oversee administrative functions and staff management, including both individual and group case consultations. This role involves coordinating client care across various disciplines and delivering direct client services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager in daily operations, ensuring staff productivity and monitoring client records for compliance with contracts, treatment fidelity, and quality enhancement.
  • Coordinate client services and case management, collaborating with the treatment team to assist clients in fulfilling their basic needs and managing symptoms.
  • Develop, assess, and implement treatment objectives and plans in partnership with the treatment team.
  • Deliver direct client care and maintain accurate, timely documentation, ensuring minimum billable requirements for services are met.
  • Manage shift operations in collaboration with other staff as directed by the Program Manager.
  • Facilitate client placements, including pre-placement visits and necessary transportation.
  • Provide shift coverage and participate in the on-call team as required.
  • Deliver field-based services as dictated by program and client needs.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of client care.
  • Engage in scheduled program meetings.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid CA driver's license and current auto insurance as per contract requirements.
  • Experience in providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services is preferred.
  • Understanding of cultural competency is essential.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and EHR software is advantageous.
