Position Summary

The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing administrative functions and staff supervision, including both individual and group case consultations. This role involves coordinating client care across various disciplines and delivering direct client services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager in daily operations, ensuring staff productivity and monitoring client records for compliance with contracts, treatment fidelity, and quality improvement.
  • Coordinate client services and case management, working with treatment teams to assist clients in addressing their basic needs and managing symptoms.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop, assess, and implement treatment goals and plans.
  • Deliver direct client care and maintain accurate and timely documentation, meeting the minimum billable requirements for services rendered.
  • Manage shift responsibilities in collaboration with other staff as directed by the Program Manager.
  • Facilitate client placements, including pre-placement visits and necessary transportation.
  • Provide shift coverage as part of the on-call team.
  • Deliver field-based services as required by program and client needs.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client care is maintained at all times.
  • Participate in scheduled program meetings and perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid CA driver's license and current auto insurance as per contract requirements.
  • Preferred experience in providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services.
  • Understanding of cultural competency is required.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and EHR software is preferred.
