The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatrics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and coordination amongst HPHMG providers
  • Develop and implement system-wide clinical standards
  • Collaborate with HPHMG providers to promote physician professionalism and well-being
  • Oversee the work of HPH Division Chiefs and provide key leadership in the development and implementation of system-wide clinical standards

Requirements:

  • Degree in Medicine or related field
  • Current Hawai'i license to practice medicine
  • Managerial experience in healthcare administration/medical management or equivalent
  • Extensive prior clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration
  • Completion of Physician Leadership Training
