The Enthalpy Analytical sales team consists of high-achieving professionals focused on providing environmental testing services to engineering firms, government agencies, and industrial clients across North America.
About the Technical Sales Manager Role:
Utilizing your networking, problem-solving, and communication skills, you will promote Enthalpy's premier PFAS and High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry services to deliver an exceptional client experience.
With a background in client development, you will identify testing opportunities in the expanding PFAS and HR markets.
Reporting to the National PFAS Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Driving growth for our PFAS/HRMS laboratories as a well-connected sales leader, providing mentorship to junior staff through collaborative efforts, and participating in strategic meetings.
Regularly visiting laboratories to maintain relationships and stay engaged.
Developing effective deal strategies and managing opportunities from inception to completion.
Representing the Enthalpy brand at major conferences and collaborating on a travel and tradeshow plan to enhance networking.
Participating in cross-selling initiatives for Montrose services on key accounts, including PFAS water treatment and consulting opportunities.
Engaging in our Key Client Program to foster growth in selected accounts and enhancing your skills through monthly Sales Skills Development workshops.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Possesses over 5 years of experience in environmental sales, focusing on business development with private organizations and government agencies.
