Job Summary

Mazzella is seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to oversee the operations of our local service branches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of our service branches, ensuring they meet company sales and budget objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our service branches, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Financial Management: Understand and manage the financial performance of our service branches, ensuring they meet company budget objectives.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure our service branches are delivering high-quality service to our customers, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Team Management: Manage, guide, and direct our Service Managers in the assigned area, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing them with exceptional service.
  • Recruitment and Development: Lead the recruitment and selection of local branch employees, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Performance Evaluation: Participate in the performance evaluation of our employees, providing them with feedback and coaching to help them improve.
  • Travel: Frequently travel to meet with Service Managers at our service locations, ensuring we are delivering high-quality service to our customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure our associates maintain all vehicles, equipment, storage, and work areas used in the field and shop areas, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma, vocational-technical school, or equivalent military experience or technical college training program preferred.
  • Experience: 6 years minimum experience involving administrative, customer service, or technical environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Expert knowledge of the crane service industry.
  • Skills: Strong time-management skills, exceptional decision-making skills, effective strategic management skills, exceptional communication skills, ability to plan and delegate, ability to devise strategic planning, and ability to divide a task into subtasks and delegate them to team members.
  • Certifications: Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen, and E-verify.
