About the Role

Frontier Management (OR) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with referral sources to generate client referrals for home care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Plan: Create and implement a sales plan to meet business development goals, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with referral sources.
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians' offices, and fiduciaries.
  • Generate Business Leads: Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources to generate business leads and expand our network of referral sources.
  • Community Marketing Events: Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales: 2+ years of experience in a sales role in home care, healthcare, or related senior services businesses.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Industry: Knowledgeable and experienced in the healthcare and senior care industries, with contacts and relationships that can be leveraged for business development.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with referral sources and prospective clients.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM processes.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare-related field preferred.
