About the Role

iKrusher is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Seattle, Washington. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing our sales team, setting sales strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness of our sales programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement regional sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate individual performances and provide coaching to improve sales results.
  • Report on regional sales results and forecast quarterly and annual profits.
  • Identify hiring needs and select, mentor, and train new staff/salespeople.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager/Sales Manager or similar senior sales role – minimum of 5-7 years of Sales.
  • Management experience.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Occasional seven-day work week.
  • BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Marketing.
What We Offer
  • Salary of between $70,000 and $75,000 annually. Total on-target earnings range between $110,000 and $120,000 annually.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
  • Sick pay is eligible after 90 days of employment.
  • 7 paid holidays per year.
  • Eligible to earn vacation time after 3 months of employment.
  • Eligible for company 401k plan after 90 days.
