Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling registration and checkout processes, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and professional welcome to our hotel.
- Execute the registration and checkout process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage cash transactions, balance cash drawers, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and promotions, and communicate this information to guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including room assignments, special requests, and VIP services.
- Practice safe work habits, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to Azul Hospitality's safety and security protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office, and property management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
