Job Summary

Embassy Suites Love Field is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest requests, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, maintain a positive work environment, and promote a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel operations, guest services, and front desk procedures.
