Job Description

Curate Corp Voice is seeking a skilled Front Desk Representative to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Assistance: Greet and assist guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments for staff and clients.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials and resources are readily available.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
