Front Desk Agent Job Description
Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and payment processing
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner
- Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
- Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
