About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team at Symphony Industrial AI. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our AI-powered solutions within the media industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our AI-powered solutions and their applications in the media industry, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Pre-sale Support: Collaborate with our sales team to identify potential clients and understand their technical requirements, preparing and delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight our solutions' value proposition.
- Solution Customization: Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements, collaborating with our product development team to suggest enhancements based on client feedback.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals, integration guides, and FAQs, to assist clients in the implementation and use of our solutions.
- Proof of Concept: Coordinate and execute PoC projects to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions, ensuring successful PoC outcomes that lead to client commitment.
- Technical Support: Provide post-sales technical support to clients during the onboarding process and beyond, troubleshooting issues, addressing client inquiries, and consulting with our technical support team when necessary.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure they can effectively use our products, staying engaged with clients to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with our sales, product development, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Experience: Proven experience in a technical sales role, preferably in the SaaS or AI industries.
- Skills: Familiarity with media industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, strong problem-solving and analytic skills, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
