Sales Director (Retail Media)
We're seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Retail Media sales efforts in North America. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating multiple revenue streams by identifying customer needs and offering solutions from Broadsign's diverse line of products.
About the Role
This is an individual contributor role that requires a deep understanding of the retail vertical and the ability to develop and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders. You'll prospect new business, lead product demonstrations, and negotiate profitable business terms with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the retail media vertical
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver on client needs
Requirements
- Experience in selling software and a deep understanding of the retail vertical
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Ability to think outside the box and solve practical problems
- University degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the challenger sales methodology
