The Sales Service Representative is responsible for assisting the Account Executive in all aspects of the sales process and providing timely and accurate information to the sales team and clients. This involves working with multiple departments such as Ad Sales, Marketing, Research, Campaign Management, Exhibitor Relations, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research target accounts and develop strategies to break new business and increase market share
  • Manage and implement marketing executions across the SV Network
  • Assist Account Executives in negotiations and sales presentations
  • Partner with Planning/Traffic to ensure proper scheduling and inventory management
  • Resolve scheduling and billing discrepancies
  • Participate in client meetings to develop a rapport with clients and agency contacts

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in media sales
  • Solutions-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
