Key Responsibilities:

In your role as a Site Supervisor, you will lead daily construction activities to ensure that your team meets the production targets set by management. You are committed to excellence and ready to tackle challenges head-on.

Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies.
  • Adhering to industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI).
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols at your work sites.
  • Overseeing daily operations and maintaining the quality of work performed.
  • Managing daily documentation for the site and crew.
  • Executing job instructions as directed by management.
  • Compiling all site-specific closeout documentation.
  • Uploading closeout documentation to customer systems.
  • Coordinating with customer representatives for site-related activities and fostering positive relationships.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to all crew members.
  • Maintaining equipment and vehicles in good working order.
  • Validating daily timesheets for management review.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • You possess a high school diploma or GED; a technical degree is preferred.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • WSA certification is advantageous.
  • You must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record.
  • You demonstrate expertise in construction techniques, safety protocols, and general industry knowledge.
  • You hold job-related certifications such as First Aid, Safety, and Rescue.
  • You are capable of operating aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and other equipment.
  • You can read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW.
  • You can lift up to 50 lbs and work extended hours as needed.
  • You have the ability to distinguish colors.
  • You possess over 10 years of experience in the field.
  • You have completed OSHA 10 training.
  • You have received excavator training.
