Responsibilities:


In your role as a Construction Site Supervisor, you will lead daily construction activities to ensure that your team meets the production targets set by management.

You are dedicated to excellence and take pride in your work.

Additionally, you will:
Implement and adhere to MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies.

Comply with industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI)

Ensure safety protocols are followed at your job sites and by your team

Oversee daily operations and the quality of work at assigned locations

Maintain necessary documentation for the site and crew

Execute job instructions provided by management

Compile and submit all site-specific closeout documentation.

Upload closeout documentation to client platforms

Coordinate with client representatives regarding site activities and foster positive working relationships.

Provide leadership, guidance, and training to all team members

Ensure that equipment and vehicles are kept in good working order.

Verify daily timesheets for management.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

You possess a high school diploma or GED, with a technical degree preferred.

You have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.

WSA certification is advantageous.


You must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.

You have demonstrated proficiency in construction techniques, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.

You hold relevant certifications in First Aid, Safety, and Rescue.

You are capable of operating aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment.

You can read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW.

You are able to lift up to 50 lbs and work up to 12 hours.

You can identify and distinguish colors.

You have over 10 years of experience.

You possess OSHA 10 certification.

You have received excavator training.
