Position Overview:
We are in search of a qualified Superintendent to oversee our construction projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all homes are constructed to meet the highest quality standards.
Job Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess a background in construction or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively while maintaining quality and productivity. Furthermore, as a Superintendent, you should reflect the core values and vision of Hubble Homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute quality inspection protocols for residential construction.
- Perform final inspections to verify compliance with established quality standards.
- Document inspection outcomes and any corrective measures taken.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
- Ensure adherence to building regulations and safety protocols.
- Strive to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
Technical Skills Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
Excellent communication abilities are necessary.
Employment Details:
- This is a full-time, exempt position.
- Reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.
