Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Supervisor who thrives on leading a team and optimizing sales performance. The primary goal is to enhance performance metrics that will contribute to customer loyalty, growth, and the accomplishment of departmental objectives.

Core Duties

- Inspire, motivate, and direct the Inside Sales team to achieve peak performance levels.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Inside Sales to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members and overall team effectiveness.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, ensuring a minimum of one review per month for each Inside Sales Representative.
- Focus on the advancement and growth of both the Inside Government Desk and Out of Footprint teams.
- Achieve specific revenue growth targets as established by the Director of Inside Sales within designated business regions.
- Maintain comprehensive attendance records for team members, ensuring adherence to company attendance policies.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HR regulations at all times.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with all departments within the organization to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and effective problem resolution for the Inside Sales Team, customers, clients, and employees.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new Inside Sales Associates.
- Meet weekly with the Director of Inside Sales to review departmental performance in terms of activities, quotes, and sales as monitored through the CRM system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Salary Information

$45,000.00 – $90,000.00 / year

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
