Core Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Supervisor who thrives on leading a team and optimizing sales performance. The primary goal is to enhance performance metrics that will contribute to customer loyalty, growth, and the attainment of departmental objectives.

Key Duties

- Inspire, motivate, and direct the Inside Sales team to uphold the highest performance standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Inside Sales to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members and overall team success.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, ensuring a minimum of one review per month for each Inside Sales Representative.
- Focus on the development and growth of both the Inside Government Desk and Out of Footprint teams.
- Achieve specific revenue growth targets as outlined by the Director of Inside Sales for designated business regions.
- Maintain comprehensive attendance records for team members, ensuring adherence to company attendance policies.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HR regulations at all times.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with all departments within the organization to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and problem resolution for the Inside Sales Team, clients, and employees.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new Inside Sales Associates.
- Meet weekly with the Director of Inside Sales to review performance metrics related to activities, quotes, and sales as recorded in the CRM system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

- Experience in route-based or site services preferred

- Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to achieve results
- Valid Driver's License

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit while answering phones or responding to emails
  • Proficient use of hands and fingers to handle or control objects and tools
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements when entering data
  • Visual acuity to see details of objects within a few feet
  • Clear verbal communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend spoken language

Salary Range

$45,000.00 – $90,000.00 / year


Pay Transparency Statement

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
