Your Role

As a Medical Contracts Specialist at TriMed Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of contracts and agreements with various medical facilities across the country. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining schedules, tracking tasks and project deadlines, and preparing and interpreting contracts and sales reports using Excel and other formats. You will also serve as a liaison between departments to gather required information for RFPs, RFIs, and contracts, and assist Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives with contract inquiries in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have prior office administration or assistant experience, preferably in the medical field. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and high accuracy and speed in typing. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also necessary to effectively collaborate with colleagues and communicate with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain the Contracts & Agreements department schedule, tracking tasks and project deadlines.
  • Prepare and interpret contracts and sales reports using Excel and other formats.
  • Serve as the liaison between departments to gather required information for RFPs, RFIs, and contracts.
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives with contract inquiries in a timely manner.

What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
