Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Relationship Manager, Commercial to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular communication and relationship-building activities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial banking products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking services
  • Monitor and analyze client financial data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
