Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining commercial banking relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on commercial lending and cross-selling deposit relationships.
  • Provide support to existing commercial and business banking clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client negotiations and issue resolution, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Develop and maintain financial data and reports to track performance, identify opportunities, and minimize risk.
  • Grow the customer base and contribute to the bank's bottom line by originating high-quality credits and deepening relationships.
  • Collaborate with credit staff to prepare, analyze, and deliver credit solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Comply with internal security policies, maintain customer confidentiality, and adhere to all regulations and record-keeping requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong sales background with at least 5 years of commercial banking and/or commercial credit experience.
