Job Summary

Pacific Premier Bank is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial banking clients, providing expert advice and guidance on financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial banking clients, providing expert advice and guidance on financial products and services.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to grow our client base.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to clients on financial products and services that meet their needs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on financial products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of financial products and services.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of commercial banking experience, with a focus on middle market clients.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
