As a Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, you will deliver a range of services (primarily commercial credit and treasury management solutions) to business clients through proactive business development and relationship management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating and managing relationships with both new and existing commercial clients.
  • Actively marketing a diverse array of banking services to fulfill the needs of business owners.
  • Negotiating loan terms and conditions within your authority.
  • Preparing and presenting credit analyses and recommendations for borrowing requests.
  • Conducting credit reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Performing ongoing credit risk management through daily monitoring of the loan portfolio, ensuring accurate risk ratings at all times.
  • Monitoring all credits through periodic reviews and analyses.
  • Enhancing awareness of the Bank and its services through community engagement.
  • Assisting loan support staff as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field is required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).

Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven capability to develop and manage new business relationships.
  • Excellent relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of local markets.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to underwrite and structure commercial credits.
  • Familiarity with treasury management products.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to commercial lending and appraisal guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $111,952 – $131,708.
  • Incentive and commission compensation may be available for eligible roles.
