Required Qualifications:
  • Essential Skills:
    1. Proficient phone communication skills.
    2. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
    3. Strong verbal communication abilities.
    4. Self-driven and motivated individual.
    5. Capability to collaborate closely with partners and management.
    6. Familiarity with computer systems and relevant software applications.
    7. Responsible for responding to caregiver inquiries.
  • Additional Duties:
    Conduct a minimum of 40 outgoing calls daily to prospective candidates, utilizing approved messaging protocols. Schedule 15 interviews weekly for the staffing department and facilitate 7 successful hires each week. Maintain thorough documentation of all communications and interactions in the designated system.
