Job Overview:
Position: Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator
Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 annually
Position Summary:
- Manage payroll and benefits administration tasks
- Provide support in office operations during the absence of the Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute semimonthly payroll processing using the ADP Vantage system
- Oversee employee benefit programs
- Address employee inquiries related to benefits
- Facilitate new employee orientation sessions
- Coordinate job postings and interview scheduling
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage
- Strong communication abilities
- Detail-oriented
- Collaborative team member
- Reliable with effective time management skills
Educational Background and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with ADP systems
- Familiarity with HR general practices
- Authorized to work in the United States
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the HR/Administration Manager
Work Environment:
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer
- The role requires physical skills typical of an office setting
