As the HR Manager Consultant, you will partner with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.

  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiar with SOX or worked in a publicly traded company
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Process driven
  • Use Excel Spreadsheets on a regular basis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.

Hourly Range: $75/hr to $90/hr DOE
