Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in research settings and familiarity with research methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participant Recruitment: Identifies and screens potential participants for study eligibility, ensuring completion of necessary assessments and documentation.
  • Informed Consent: Clearly communicates study details, reviews all relevant materials with participants, and secures informed consent.
  • Research Engagement: Conducts interviews and manages participant visits at designated research sites, including scheduling and coordination with team members.
  • Participant Tracking: Monitors participant progression through the study, maintaining accurate tracking logs and facilitating communication for visit scheduling.
  • Data Management: Reviews and verifies data entries, addresses discrepancies, and ensures all information is documented accurately and in accordance with protocols.
  • Documentation: Maintains comprehensive study files, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and safeguarding participant confidentiality.
  • Protocol Adherence: Ensures all study activities align with established protocols, particularly in recruitment, screening, and participant visits.
  • Regulatory Support: Assists in preparing research documentation for institutional review boards.
  • Project Coordination: Supports overall project operations as needed, fostering positive relationships with participants and study site partners.
  • Commits to promoting inclusivity and diversity in all interactions.
  • Effectively communicates research objectives and protocols to collaborators.
  • Engages with the New York Node and Lead Study team, contributing to ongoing training and professional development.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

Salary:
$16.90-$24.00/hr.
