Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team at Advanced Air, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our passengers and guests, handling information inquiries, reservations, ticketing, and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and provide outstanding service to all Advanced Air customers and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Information and Problem Resolution: Answer telephone and email inquiries to provide information, resolve problems or complaints, and assist as needed.
- Reservations and Ticketing: Handle all aspects of reservations, ticketing, check-in, seat assignment, passenger boarding, and baggage service.
- Communication: Communicate to customers when a flight has been delayed or canceled and work to re-accommodate them according to company policy.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work efficiently under time constraints, and ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs. for extended periods.
- Certifications: Must have authorization to work in the U.S. and a valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent interactions with customers and team members. The employee must be able to work outside in various temperatures and conditions, and be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.
