Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with security personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with security staff to ensure their well-being.
  • Assist in managing coverage for unexpected absences.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism when interacting with department heads, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Oversee the management of incoming shipments, ensuring compliance with client protocols for deliveries.
  • Monitor and control access at the main entrance.
  • Maintain precise records of security personnel check-ins and absences.
  • Handle vehicle key and fuel card management during off-hours and weekends.
  • Prepare Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and communicate any incidents to senior management.
  • Ensure Post Orders are current and adhered to for all locations.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid California Driver's License or Identification Card.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational attainment.
  • Proficient in writing Daily Activity Reports (DAR).
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a dispatch role or familiarity with the TrackTik system.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to be on call.
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish or Arabic are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated honesty and integrity in all professional interactions.
  • Reliable means of transportation.
  • Capability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Proficient writing skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
