POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Full-Time Executive Administrative Assistant and Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a composed and assertive demeanor, capable of supporting high-level executives and managing essential communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage professional email correspondence.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Organize appointments by managing correspondence and assignments.
  • Oversee calendars for department personnel and arrange meetings and conferences.
  • Address inquiries by providing appropriate responses or referrals.
  • Safeguard customer confidence by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Utilize filing and retrieval systems for historical reference, primarily in SharePoint.
  • Support team objectives by achieving related results as needed.
  • Prepare materials for key meetings.
  • Assist with evolving tasks as required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration and scheduling.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook for scheduling tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with Concur for travel management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and will undergo a thorough background check.
