About the Role

NESCO Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Support Services Specialist to join our team. As a Support Services Specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients or visitors as needed.
  • Performing a range of administrative tasks including answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office applications.
  • Managing office supplies inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per annum based on location and experience.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
