About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Recruitment Specialist to join our vibrant team in New Haven, CT. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in the seamless operation of our office and the strategic recruitment of top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
* Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
* Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
* Provide general support to staff and visitors.
Recruitment Duties:
* Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
* Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage application tracking.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
* Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
* Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administrative roles; experience in recruitment is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
