About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Recruit Monitor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Senior Directors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and be proficient in planning and calendar management. They will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group. Our estimate salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

In addition to administrative tasks, the Executive Support Specialist will be responsible for coordinating complex meetings with multiple executives and locations, organizing domestic and international travel, and submitting expense reports. They will also plan, coordinate, and execute internal events such as off-sites, team building events, and organizational-wide meetings.
