Front Desk Sales Representative

At Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy, we're passionate about helping people live healthier lives. As a Front Desk Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience and promoting our innovative wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and assist with Restore's wellness services
  • Help clients over the phone, return voicemails, and facilitate booking, scheduling, and cancellation processes
  • Onboard new clients, complete medical waivers, and create profiles in our point-of-sale system
  • Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships
  • Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Daily store operations, including maintaining store cleanliness, customer lead outreach, community outreach, organizing store events, and assisting with social media outreach
Requirements:
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work weekends without issue
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Hold or be working towards a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
