About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Partner to join our team at Next Insurance. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology organization and driving business success.

Your primary responsibility will be to create and drive the People and Business strategy for our Insurance organization, leading all facets of HR solutioning and partnering with the Chief Technology Officer and leadership team to achieve our goals.

You will be responsible for identifying and addressing critical organizational and people issues, assessing organizational design and effectiveness, and leading the organization through change journeys required for sustained success.

Additionally, you will be expected to build a high-performing organization through the development of top talent and supplementing the organization with key hires, turning data into actionable insights that help shape the future of the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Strategically partner with the Chief Technology Officer and leadership team to drive business success
  • Lead the process of creating a unified global technology organization that operates in two countries (U.S. and Israel)
  • Proactively identify and address critical organizational and people issues
  • Assess organizational design and effectiveness and lead the organization through change journeys required for sustained success
  • Build a high-performing organization through the development of top talent and supplementing the organization with key hires
  • Turn data into actionable insights that help shape the future of the organization
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Previous experience leading global technology teams (bonus points if those were in Israel)
  • The ability to win as part of a team
  • The combination of proactive strategic leadership and the ability to execute on ideas/plans
  • The ability to effectively influence as well as coach business leaders and employees
  • Solid project management experience
  • A strong technological savvy with great analytical abilities
  • A solid track record of expanding responsibilities as well as demonstrated success as a people leader leading a complex organization

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000—$200,000 USD, a partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave, and more.
