We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead the growth of our Diplomacy and Justice account, supporting key government agencies such as the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Drug Enforcement Administration. As a Senior Manager, Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Development Efforts: Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market share growth.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key government agencies, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Develop Business Cases: Evaluate market trends and develop business cases that align customer requirements with Peraton's capabilities and differentiators.
  • Manage Resources: Oversee resources to create, identify, develop, and qualify opportunities that align with the company's strategic campaigns.
  • Drive Acquisition and Sales Goals: Achieve acquisition and sales goals through winning new business, contract recompetes, teaming, and organic program growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 12+ Years of Experience: A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of work experience, with 7+ years related to business development or capture with DOJ/FBI/US Courts and other federal agencies.
  • Proven Business Development Experience: Proven experience in business development with a successful track record of winning single award deals of $50M+ and supporting the development of opportunity pipelines and captures of $100M+.
  • Deep Understanding of Customers and Competitors: A deep and current understanding of customers' activities and needs to leverage Peraton's strengths and core values.
  • Strong Business Acumen and Communication Skills: High energy, integrity, strong business acumen, professionalism, and commitment, with highly effective communication skills to all levels within the company and with clients.
