Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Hooters of America, LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
    • Lead by example and promote a positive work culture
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
    • Monitor and improve food quality, presentation, and service standards
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
    • Monitor and analyze sales trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security
  • Leadership and Development
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
    • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
    • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
    • Experience in a multi-unit restaurant environment
    • Knowledge of restaurant operations software and systems
    • Certifications in areas such as food safety, customer service, or leadership
