If you are already experienced in sales, our training will refine your abilities and elevate your performance.Compensation:
$75,000 - $200,000 annually, contingent on performance. Flexible pay plans available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate meaningful relationships to establish a loyal client base.
- Demonstrate consultative selling techniques. Assist clients in selecting a vehicle by engaging in thoughtful dialogue and attentive listening.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales expertise to become a trusted resource for vehicle information. Understand product specifications, optional packages, and the latest innovations.
- Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up with customers to foster referral business.
- Develop skills to navigate objections and excel in sales scenarios.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, evaluations, and insights.
- Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work each day.
Qualifications:
- Availability for flexible hours and weekends.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn about new products.
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
