Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in the East Coast market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including biotech/pharmaceutical/diagnostics companies, CROs, and academic institutions.
- Pitch and present Discovery Life Sciences' research, translational research, and clinical trial services and cross-business unit solutions to clients.
- Coordinate large, strategic meetings between customer senior scientific leadership and Company leadership to win large-scale projects with substantial revenue potential.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to drive business growth and development.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and feasibility, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Minimum 10 years of biotech-related sales experience.
- Motivation to communicate directly with potential clients.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and potential clients.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Team-first attitude and passion to achieve Commercial Team and company-wide goals.
- Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
- Bachelor's degree, MS, MBA or PhD is preferred.
