Main Responsibilities
  • Financial and Business Planning
    • Support key financial decisions across the organization, including month-end planning and financial modeling for investments or new business ventures.
    • Contribute to and prepare annual budgets and forecasts with a focus on Opex, Capex, cash flow, and various financial KPIs in collaboration with department heads.
    • Analyze and anticipate financial risks and sensitivities, suggesting proactive solutions to ensure business profitability.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Analyze monthly and year-end accounting figures, making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and conduct necessary reconciliations.
    • Analyze and explain variances from forecasts, budgets, and other financial reports.
    • Prepare and present financial data for decision-making in business meetings or to the board of directors.
    • Oversee cash flow management and forecasts.
    • Create ad hoc financial reports and analyses as required.
  • Financial Processes
    • Master financial systems, reviewing and enhancing processes to drive efficiency, including automation and the use of GenAI.
    • Ensure all financial data and processes adhere to corporate accounting procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Business Support
    • Act as a financial business partner for operational departments, providing analysis, reporting, and proposing solutions to improve financial performance.
    • Engage with partners (customers and suppliers) to fully understand the company's business and challenges.
    • Participate in the development of new business units, providing financial oversight and recommendations.
  • People Management
    • Collaborate with the Senior Controller, Business Analyst, and Accounting and Credit departments.
    • Report directly to the Senior Business Controller.
