Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

Develop and implement business strategies that reflect a comprehensive understanding of patient pathways, care standards, and treatment influences.Act as a champion for patients with rare diseases, providing expertise on available tools and resources.Enhance the knowledge of healthcare providers and specialists.Establish and nurture robust relationships with payers to ensure that healthcare providers are well-informed about coverage and reimbursement matters, collaborating closely with the payer access team.Facilitate improved access to treatments for patients and assist in identifying individuals who require therapeutic interventions.Serve as a liaison among academic institutions, community healthcare providers, hospitals, and private practice settings.Drive continuous improvement based on insights gathered from the territories managed.

Qualifications for the Sales Executive:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in field sales, account management, or field reimbursement within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare sectors, including at least 5 years in a competitive specialty market.At least 2 years of experience with rare/orphan drugs in a competitive landscape.Bachelor's Degree required.

Compensation for the Sales Executive:

Salary range of $143,000-$190,000, with uncapped bonus potential reaching up to $60,000.Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Holidays, and Paid Time Off.
