About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead the staff and operations of one or more store areas at Apple. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for creating a high-performing work environment and promoting the Apple brand through unparalleled customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales and customer support teams by example, finding solutions to create and maintain a high level of customer focus.
  • Guide other leaders to inspire top performance from their teams and monitor multiple lines of business within the store to achieve operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with corporate business partners to report results and stay up-to-date about competitors and trends in the industry.
  • Develop strong relationships across teams and with customers to create an environment that enhances loyalty for Apple products and services.
  • Coach and encourage team members with clear communications to foster growth and development.
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting, with a proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop store team members.
  • Experience adapting to challenges, providing support, and guiding communications in a constantly changing retail environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with the store leadership team to develop strategic plans across multiple business groups.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and the local language, with multilingual ability a plus.
  • Flexibility with your schedule, with work hours based on business needs.
