Job Summary:

Aire Serv is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for our HVAC services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including inbound leads, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Reporting: Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results to management.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
