Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, including entering sales orders, tracking inventory, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales software and tools.
  • Language: Fluent in English, secondary language a plus.
Work Environment:
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
